DEI DEH Electricity supply - getting connected,
electricity bills, water supply DEYA.

If you are renting long term you are usually
responsible for electricity and water bills. It is not
unusual for bills to remain in the owners name and
this will save you some expense. Make sure you do
a meter reading when you move in, with the owner
